Thanks, Rotarians!
At the International Convention last week, we were reminded that "the greater the support, the stronger the bridge".
And District 5130 has, once again, provided tremendous support to our Rotary Foundation - our bridge to International Goodwill.
Every Club in the DIstrict has contributed, this year.
As a District, we have contributed over $335,000 (to the end of May) ( over $122, per capita, to the Annual Fund)
At least two clubs have 100% Sustaining Members
More than half of the Clubs are over $100 per capita, with six over $200 per capita (and many more are very close to that).
There are so many people around the world that thank you:
- the villagers that got clean water;
- the kids who are being educated;
- the familes that are getting health care;
- the young women who have their own businesses;
- The people who now have hope, who can smile, who have life !
