Congratulations Bruce Campbell!

Bruce is recognized in the November 2009 issue of the ROTARIAN (p. 73) as District 5130's winner of the Citation for Meritorious Service presented by the Rotary Foundation.

Bruce is a member of the Rotary Club of Sebastopol Sunrise. He was the charter President of his Club in 1997, and was Rotarian of the Year in District 5130 in the 1999-2000 Rotary year. Bruce served as District Governor in District 5130 during the 2004-2005 Rotary year.

Bruce received this recognition for his 9 years of service in the following roles supporting the Rotary Foundation:

  • District Foundation Chair
  • Host Area Coordinator for the Berkeley Peace Center
  • Host Counselor for Peace, 2002-2004
  • Annual Program Strategic Advisor, 2008-2009
  • Assistant Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator

When asked about his continuing service, Bruce states, "Involvement allows me to encourage others to be involved as well. I feel good when I do good".
