Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please submit grants prior to Aug 31, 2011.
Maximum is one grant per club and an award of $1500 for a local or an international project.
Applications will be accepted after Aug. 31, but those received by or before this date will be given
priority for acceptance. No applications will be accepted after Sept. 30, 2011. We want to keep this a
simple process and have kept the guidelines as basic as allowable. PLEASE USE THE CHECKLIST

Projects must be humanitarian in nature and must meet TRF guidelines - most of which are
outlined in this application. Simplified Grants may not be used for international travel or
transportation. They replace CAP, New Opportunity and Helping Grants and are meant to be
managed locally by the District Foundation Grants Subcommittee. For information on other grant
