- In the area of Membership, I would like to see a net growth in each Club. No minimum - no maximum.
- In the area of The Rotary Foundation, the money that was contributed to the Annual Fund during PDG Ken Moulton's year, 2008-2009, was $376,662.00, or $149.00 for each Rotarian (per capita). Of that, we will receive $188,331.00, in the form of District Designated Funds, for our use. My goal is to achieve $150.00 per capita, a new all-time high.
- In the area of Polio Eradication, we will continue to support the Gates $200 million Challenge Grant.
- In the area of Youth Exchange, we currently have 20 Clubs that are participating, less than half of the District. I would like to achieve 50% or more by adding at least 3 more Clubs to the Program.
- I would like to grow our District by at least one new Club.
- We will support the goals of our District Foundation Chair, Charlie Kelly, and his team of David Mark-Raymond and Larry Connolly.
- I am asking each Club to perform a "green" community service project, much like we did with the "Centennial Projects" in 2004-2005, that will have a lasting effect on the carbon footprint of their communities.
- We will support our President, Ray Klinginsmith, by supporting Literacy, Child Safety, Clean Water and Humanitarian Projects both at home and around the world, through the use of District Simplified Grants and Matching Grants.
- We will remember Rule #1 of Rotary, have fun!
- We will not have 10 goals this year - only 9.
