Goals:

1. 33% district wide membership increase. (Long term Goal)
2. Encourage a membership chair in each club
3. Educate clubs on membership matters.
4. Promote Rotary Membership in other networking groups
5. Encourage early reporting from clubs to RI. Month end is ideal.
6. Provide Resources
7. Assigned clubs to each TEAM member in order to cover the district.

   John Bogner: Ukiah, So. Ukiah, Fort Bragg, Mendocino, & Willits
   Jill DeProto: Sebastopol, Sebastopol Sunrise, Russian River, Gualala
   Erin Dunn: Fortuna, Fortuna Sunrise, Garberville
   Rich Lee - Napa, Napa Sunrise, North Napa, Sonoma Valley
   Maureen Merrill: Windsor and other
   Debi Zaft - Santa Rosa, SR East, SR Sunrise, SR West & Valley of the Moon
   Chris Parr-Feldman: Calistoga, Gualala, St. Helena, oversees all other unassigned clubs and chairs the membership team.
