Sonoma County Association of Rotary Clubs

July 29 2004

The July meeting of the Sonoma County Association of Rotary Clubs was held at Dutton Ranch. It was a great time with good weather, great food, and over 100 Rotarians in attendance.

Rotarians were greeted by Cowgirls
Barbara, Linda (event organizer), and Rose
MANY thanks for the Dutton Family who continue to host us at their Ranch and Lake properties for Rotary celebrations!

This meeting was hosted by the Rotary Club of Sebastopol Sunrise
Terry Kelley
and has traditionally been an evening of fellowship, and this event was no exception. President Terry Kelley was the 'Master of Ceremonies', leading us through the pledge, song, recognition, introductions, etc.

As Club Presidents introduced their members, there were many Directors, Secretaries, Treasurers, and it was really nice to see a dozen or so new members and spouses in attendance.

DG Bruce Campbell and Helaine whooped it up - moving expertly to the microphone and podium.

However, DG Bruce nearly made a J**K A** of himself with Donna Dozier.

Bruce Campbell, Donna Dozier, and a new member?

PDG Norm Owen called Marie Coakley to the podium.

Norm thanked Marie for her work as organizer of the SCARC events.

Marie told us that her job was made easier by all the hard work offered by others.
