District Newsletter
is year, our District will continue to build on the tremendous work we have been doing to help our Environment, and we will certainly build on the fine foundation that has been laid in the work on Mental Health. We will continue to support both the District committees and club projects in these areas and in all of Rotary’s 7 Areas of Focus. And, we will introduce a special emphasis on helping our communities alleviate the scourge of Human Trafficking.
Our International Rotary Theme is “The Magic of Rotary,” and for me, a large part of that Magic is the building of friendships. As Rotarians, I encourage all of us to continue to tell our stories – stories of how we impact our communities and our world; stories of the Magic of Rotary and stories of Building Better Friendships. I look forward, as I travel around the District, to meeting each of our Rotarians and friends of Rotary and seeing the wonderful work we all do.
